Part time HR Manager

Location: Dublin West

2.5 days per week / 5 mornings

Due to the part time nature of this role, it is fully office based in Dublin West, with flexibility on start & finish times.

Salary of €55,000 - €65,000 (Pro rata) plus excellent benefits & bonus

Reporting to the MD, this is a standalone role, responsible for the full end to end employee life cycle experience. The candidate must be able to act with precision and speed on everyday HR life cycle matters, while still being able to drive large projects and local initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee life cycle for 90 staff
  • Managing end to end recruitment processes
  • On boarding and off boarding of employees
  • Managing all employee leave and ad hoc administration
  • Employee Relations issues, guidance and management.
  • Support and coach managers on positive employee relations, look for practical empathetic solutions that fit with the business needs
  • Manage all employee cases such as disciplinaries and grievances. Ensuring that fit for purpose solutions are provided without over reliance on formal processes where appropriate
  • Prepare regular updates for management on key statistics such as Absenteeism, turnover and project developments
  • Fully up to date on all Irish employment legislative changes
  • Ensure policies are kept up to date and staff are informed accordingly
  • Drive full compliance with all legislative requirements such as right to work, Gender pay gap etc
  • Monitor and support completion of all mandatory training
  • Ensure best practice learning and development for all staff
  • Absence Management
  • Staff engagement

Skills and Experience

  • CIPD Fully qualified
  • Previous experience in a HR Business Partner / HR Manager role.
  • Excellent people skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives to business goals
  • Excellent communication skills
