FRS are recruiting for an office administrator on an initial 4 week temporary basis, but may be extended. This role is part time and will be based on site in Malahide.

It is essential you have administration experience working in a busy, fast paced office environment.

Salary & Hours:

  • Mon - Fri fully on site 9am-2pm (25 hrs per week)
  • €15-16 p/h
  • 4 week assignment, but may be extended

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, screening & directing calls to relevant contacts
  • Answering exhibitor queries by phone & email
  • Creating & managing databases
  • Processing exhibitor bookings
  • Liaising with the Operations Team on exhibitor relationships and contracts and also working closely with Marketing Team on marketing opportunities
  • Working closely with accounts team on exhibitor payments
  • Creating and updating event documents
  • On site management of Organiser’s Office at events
  • All general office administration duties required

Key Requirements:

  • One year previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Excel is essential
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent standard of verbal and written communication
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail required
  • Team player

This is a temporary part-time position.
