A long-established organisation within the plumbing and building supplies industry is seeking an experienced Administrative Support professional to work alongside their Plumbing Site Sales Manager at their Cork facility.
This role requires someone who is highly organised, fast-paced, and comfortable working in a busy environment where accuracy and strong prioritisation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Plumbing Site Sales Manager

Creating and processing orders accurately through the internal ERP system

Managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment

Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Ensuring all documentation and data entry is completed to a high standard
Experience & Skills Required

Plumbing industry experience and product knowledge is essential

Strong administrative background within a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with ERP systems (experience with Intact is an advantage)

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Native or fluent-level English is required
