With a strong footprint across Ireland and a reputation for excellent service and top-quality products, this business supports both trade and DIY customers nationwide. This is a high-impact leadership role with full operational and commercial responsibility.
We’re now seeking an ambitious and commercially minded individual to take full responsibility for leading and growing this key branch. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the direction of the branch — backed by expert support teams across Purchasing, Stock, Finance, HR, and more.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a leadership role within builders’ merchants, hardware, or building materials sectors -ESSENTIAL
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering growth
- Excellent people management and team leadership skills
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong decision-making capability
- Confident using IT and business systems
