Job Title: Omni-Channel Marketing & eCommerce Manager

Purpose of the Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Omni-Channel Marketing & eCommerce Manager to lead retail marketing and eCommerce strategies across both online and physical channels. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, improving brand visibility, and enhancing customer engagement through digital marketing, CRM, and promotional activity. This is a hands-on role combining strategic planning with execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. eCommerce Management

  • Manage product ranges across all online sales platforms.

  • Oversee creation of high-quality product photography and listings.

  • Optimise online merchandising, pricing, and product descriptions for engagement and conversions.

  • Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.

  • Produce KPI reports on online sales, web traffic, and performance analytics.

  • Collaborate with stock, digital marketing, and other internal teams to improve product availability and website performance.

2. Retail Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales across stores and digital platforms.

  • Coordinate promotional campaigns online and in-store.

  • Maintain accurate and optimised business listings (e.g., Google My Business).

  • Plan and deliver retail events, product launches, and promotional activities.

  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, influencers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure all marketing communications align with brand standards and messaging.

3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Manage CRM systems to support engagement, segmentation, and loyalty initiatives.

  • Execute targeted campaigns informed by CRM data.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data quality and optimise customer lifecycle management.

4. Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan and deliver advertising campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to assess effectiveness and ROI.

  • Ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines, data protection, and compliance standards.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Analyse marketing and eCommerce data to inform strategic and operational decisions.

  • Produce regular reports on sales trends, customer insights, and campaign outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Relevant third-level qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • Proven experience in retail marketing and/or eCommerce management.

  • Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), CRM systems, eCommerce frameworks, analytics, and SEO principles.

  • Excellent project management, organisational, and multitasking skills.

  • Creative, analytical, customer-focused, and results-oriented.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings or weekends, to support events or campaigns.
