An established not-for-profit organisation providing day and residential services across Tipperary and Limerick is seeking a part-time Office & People Administrator to join their busy, friendly team.
This role supports both general & HR office functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and accurate record management for staff and service users. It’s a great opportunity for someone organised, approachable, and confident multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR administration including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee record-keeping
- Manage pre-employment checks (references, vetting, medicals, qualifications)
- Maintain HR and training databases in line with regulations
- Prepare HR documentation such as contracts and offer letters
- Handle general office duties — calls, correspondence, filing, and supporting visitors
- Assist management with ad-hoc HR and admin projects
About You
- Previous office administration or HR experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional and discreet when handling confidential information

Contract:
9-month fixed term (part-time, 19.5 hours per week)
