Location: Tralee & Listowel Co. Kerry
Position: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 8am – 5pm or 9am-6pm
Salary: €15-€16 p/hr
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. The Office Administrator involves handling a variety of tasks related to customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Operation of Tills and taking payment by credit card or cash.
- Ensure billing is carried out accurately.
- Liaise with other employees to ensure orders are delivered.
- Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including correspondence, emails and filing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Punctual and reliable
- Strong organisational skills
