Location: Castleisland
Contract Type: an initial 6-month contract
Working hours: 5 days a week, 9 – 5:30pm
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Office Administrator to join their team in Castleisland, Co. Kerry. The Office Administrator involves handling a variety of tasks related to customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering incoming calls and emails & direct them to the appropriate individual.
- Transcribe letters, reports, and notes from dictaphone recordings.
- Maintain and organise office filing systems.
- Handle basic bookkeeping duties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software – Sage ideally.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
