Specialist Sonographer – Obstetrics & Gynaecology
FRS Recruitment are looking to recruit a skilled Sonographer
with a focus on Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and Fertility
for a private clinic in Dublin's city centre.
Key Duties:
-
Perform high-quality ultrasound scans in obstetrics, gynaecology, and fertility care

Identify and report on fetal and pelvic abnormalities with accuracy
-
Vet referrals and adapt procedures to suit individual patient needs
-
Communicate clearly with patients, referrers, and clinical teams
-
Contribute to audit, training, and quality improvement initiatives
Essential Requirements:
-
Postgraduate qualification in Ultrasound
-
CORU or NMBI registration with up-to-date PSAC
-
Strong clinical experience and image interpretation skills
-
Excellent communication, organisation, and technical ability
-
Knowledge of safety protocols, GDPR, and equipment maintenance
Desirable:
-
MSc in Ultrasound or Women’s Health
-
Fertility ultrasound and phlebotomy experience
-
RIS/PACS proficiency and quality framework familiarity
