Working hours: Mon-Friday, 9-6pm
Salary: €31k - €33k
On behalf of our client, an established Kerry based motor dealership, we are seeking a Motor Trade Administrator to join their team. This role involves managing office tasks, coordinating documentation, handling calls, and supporting financial and regulatory activities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administration duties to ensure the efficient running of daily operations.
- Manage invoicing processes, including preparation, issuing, and follow-up.
- Work with ROS (Revenue Online Service) for relevant submissions and documentation.
- Updating National Fleet Database (NFD)
- Applying for SEAI Grants and electric chargers
- Manage the registration of new cars, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
- Support colleagues and management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
- Experience with invoicing systems and/or accounting software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ROS and vehicle registration processes is highly desirable.
