Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Operations Executive – Clonmel (Hybrid)

The Role

You’ll be working closely with clients, lenders, and colleagues to provide first-class service across the full mortgage journey. Depending on your background, your role may focus more on advising clients, managing mortgage pipelines, or supporting the sales and operations process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through mortgage options, providing tailored advice (if QFA/APA qualified).

  • Manage and track mortgage applications, liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients.

  • Support new business development and client retention initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records.

  • Handle day-to-day client queries and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer outcomes.


About You

We’re open to applicants from different paths into mortgages:

✅ Experienced Mortgage Advisors – QFA/APA qualified with hands-on advisory experience.
✅ Mortgage Operations / Administrators – experience managing applications, compliance, or client pipelines.
✅ Sales Professionals – background in financial services, banking, or customer-focused sales, motivated to build a career in mortgages (with support to gain APA/QFA).

What you’ll bring:

  • Drive and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

  • Knowledge of mortgages/financial services (desirable, not essential for sales candidates).
