Summary of Role
Support our client’s Polish poultry and pig business development by liaising with the wider team and conducting activities to support sales growth to meet company targets.
Experience Required and Role
- Proven track record of leading business development to deliver success
- Identify business expansion and growth opportunities and use commercial skills to grow relationships and sales aligned with commercial targets.
- Technical and commercial mindset
- Experienced negotiator at all business levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of the wider team
- Market knowledge and ability to assess risks and market recommendations based on all factors involved
- Work efficiently and calmly with tight deadlines or other stress factors
- Ability to develop and foster client relationships with customers and suppliers within the industry
- Conduct market research to understand and adapt innovative trends
- Monitor branding and marketing initiatives to improve commercial success for the business
- Support various department teams to achieve the commercial targets
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service, liaising with the wider team
- Fluent in Polish and English on negotiation level
- Knowledge of the feed nutrition industry ideally, with poultry or pig an advantage.
- A wide network within the feed nutrition industry a main criteria to success in the role
- Educated to degree level or beyond preferable
