Member Services Officer / Executive – Limerick
I’m currently working with a Credit Union in Limerick who are looking to add to their team. This is a dual role where you’ll spend a couple of days in the branch and a couple of days on the phone team, so it’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety and dealing with people.
They’re looking for a customer-focused, friendly, and reliable person who takes pride in helping members and working as part of a close-knit team. This role would suit someone coming from a banking or financial services background, or even from retail if you’ve strong customer service experience.
If you don’t yet have your banking or credit union exams, don’t worry — if you’re hardworking, personable, and eager to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity to start your career in financial services.
Day-to-day duties include:

Assisting members with account and loan queries (in person and by phone)

Processing applications and payments

Handling member documentation and account updates

Providing general admin and back-office support
Full time in the office

Limerick city
Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications, and full training will be provided.
