The Role: Mechatronics Technician
Join the Maintenance & Engineering team supporting high-tech, automated systems across production.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults
- Maintain and optimise PLC-controlled and robotic systems
- Support equipment installation, calibration, and commissioning
- Monitor and tweak PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
- Lead and support CI initiatives to reduce downtime and boost efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering & production on SOPs, root cause analysis, and new projects
What You Bring:
Solid mechatronics/electrical background
Strong PLC skills (Siemens, Allen-Bradley a plus)
Experience with robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics
Ability to read electrical, mechanical & P&ID schematics
Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance planning systems
