Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager
to lead the marketing function for a growing B2B organisation. This is a hands-on role with strategic oversight, where you will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth, build brand presence, and deliver high-impact campaigns. You’ll manage marketing strategy, partner relationships, events, and content creation, while also leading key projects such as website redesigns and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and deliver the annual marketing plan in line with business objectives.

Manage the marketing budget and ensure a strong ROI on activities.

Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics.
Sales Support & Enablement
-
Create customer-facing materials such as datasheets, brochures, and presentations.

Collaborate with sales to develop tools and content that shorten the sales cycle.

Ensure all collateral aligns with brand guidelines and partner requirements.
Partner & Supplier Management

Build strong relationships with key industry partners.

Coordinate joint campaigns, product launches, and events.

Manage agencies and suppliers to deliver quality outputs on time.
Events & PR

Plan and execute trade show and industry event participation.

Manage logistics, stand design, promotional material, and lead follow-up.

Draft and distribute press releases in collaboration with PR contacts.
Digital & Content Marketing

Oversee website updates, digital campaigns, and social media activity.

Maintain consistent, engaging messaging across all platforms.

Manage content schedules for blogs, emails, and partner communications.
Project Management

Lead major marketing projects including rebranding and system upgrades.

Ensure GDPR compliance across all marketing activities.

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to meet deadlines and budgets.
Internal Collaboration

Work closely with sales to ensure aligned strategies.

Provide strategic marketing insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

3-5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in B2B or industrial sectors.

Proven track record managing large-scale marketing projects.

Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

Full, clean Irish driving licence is essential.
