The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for equipment and facility maintenance in a rotating shift pattern(Week 1: 7am-4pm, Week 2: 4pm-11.30pm).
Key duties include:
✅ Preventative & reactive maintenance on CNC machines, plasma cutters, vacuum systems, and furnaces
✅ Troubleshooting electrical & mechanical faults
✅ Reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
✅ Working with a skilled maintenance team to minimise downtime & improve efficiency
✅ Identifying & implementing process improvements
✅ Ensuring safety compliance & maintaining records
About You
✔ Trade Qualification(Electrical, Mechanical, Millwright, etc.)
✔ 5+ years
in an industrial setting with similar equipment
✔ Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs & automation
✔ Experience with CNC machines, plasma cutters, vacuum systems & furnaces
✔ Proven ability to troubleshoot & improve processes
✔ Team player
with excellent problem-solving skills
✔ Willing to work on a rotating 2-shift schedule
