We’re working with a global food producer seeking an Engineering/Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and engineering operations at a busy food processing site. (team 5 maintenance engineers)

Your duties will include:
• Lead all engineering & maintenance activities on-site
• Ensure equipment reliability, performance & compliance
• Manage preventative & corrective maintenance programmes
• Drive continuous improvement & reduce downtime
Do you have:
• Leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment ?
• Formal Electrical or Mechanical qualification/trade ?
• Strong knowledge of maintenance & quality systems (ShireSystem/Pirana/CMMS) ?
• Hands-on experience with equipment calibration & repairs ?
• Excellent organisation & communication skills ?
