Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead their team and ensure smooth operation of building utilities across commercial sites. This is a hands-on role with a hybrid working arrangement between office and site, where you will manage technicians, schedule maintenance, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance operations and scheduling
- Oversee PPM and reactive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, and utilities
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly
- Maintain logs, compliance records, and spare parts data
- Prepare quotes for maintenance work and monitor team performance
- Ensure all works meet safety, environmental, and engineering standards
Skills and Experience
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage emergencies, and meet deadlines
- Diploma or third level qualification in engineering or maintenance preferred
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certified
- Full clean Irish driving licence
- Minimum 3 years experience in service or facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of building utilities and Microsoft Office proficiency
- ABM software experience is advantageous
