Are you a skilled and motivated Maintenance Electrician with a passion for ensuring the efficiency, safety, and reliability of production equipment? We are looking for a proactive and multi-disciplined individual to support and enhance the performance of our manufacturing plant.

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving plant operations. Your core responsibility will be to keep production running smoothly by applying your expertise in electrical systems, while also contributing mechanical skills across a range of equipment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance, overhauls, and line modifications on plant machinery and site equipment.

  • Fault-find and repair electrical and mechanical systems including motors, PLCs, HMIs, temperature controls, compressors, refrigeration units, and more.

  • Develop and update electrical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD.

  • Respond to production breakdowns, quickly diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs.

  • Support installation and modification works, including new process setups and product trials.

  • Maintain appropriate stock levels of spare parts and ensure all documentation is up to date.

  • Collaborate with production teams to understand and support their technical needs.

  • Work both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Uphold safety standards and quality workmanship in all tasks.

  • Participate in plant improvement projects and WCM (World Class Manufacturing) initiatives to boost safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar Maintenance Electrician or multi-skilled technician role.

  • Strong electrical knowledge, including instrumentation, industrial control systems, PLCs, and speed controls.

  • Competence in mechanical skills such as hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and mechanical drives (or a willingness to develop in these areas).

  • Experience with AutoCAD and interpreting technical schematics.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and respond to breakdowns effectively.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial maintenance.
