Machine Operative
Are you an experienced machine operative with strong leadership potential? Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Grade 2 Machine Operative
to join their dynamic team on the PIR Line.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery to high standards across all areas of the factory

Set up machines efficiently to ensure timely start-ups

Lead and guide MO1-level operatives; support their training and development

Maintain excellent housekeeping and ensure safe waste disposal practices

Record accurate data and uphold high quality standards

Report issues promptly to Shift Coordinators and Leaders
-
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
-
Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and guidelines
-
Support problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime

Take on additional duties and flexible hours when required

Proven experience in a machine operative or similar production role
