FRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor on behalf of a leading multinational operating within the food and pharmaceutical sectors. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Little Island, Cork, offering excellent career progression and stability.
As Logistics Supervisor, you will lead and develop a team of three, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient logistics operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in logistics or warehousing who enjoys motivating people, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of logistics staff, promoting a high-performance culture

Oversee daily logistics operations, including shipping, carrier management, and inventory flow

Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics processes

Ensure all activities meet compliance, GMP, and quality standards

Collaborate with supply chain, customer service, and site management teams

Track KPIs and maintain accurate training and performance records
Requirements:
-
5+ years’ experience in logistics or warehousing, ideally within food, pharma, or regulated sectors

Proven team management and people development skills

Strong knowledge of logistics safety, compliance, and operational best practice

Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
-
Third-level qualification in Supervision, Management, or a related field (advantageous)
