Key Responsibilities:

Handle member queries via phone, email, post, and online channels.

Support loan processing, amendments, and approvals under team guidance.

Assist with committee applications and maintain records.

Provide administrative support for rescheduling, overdraft, and mortgage applications.

Support Loans Officers with daily tasks and projects.

Contribute to sustainable initiatives within the organisation.
Candidate Profile:
- APA qualified or commitment to pursue the APA qualification.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and member service skills.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritise tasks.

Willingness to take on new tasks and projects.

Good IT and administration skills.

1–2 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable
