Loan Agency Manager – Syndicated Loans
Location: Dublin | Contract: Permanent, Full-time
We’re looking for an experienced Loan Agency Manager to join a leading international bank’s Lending Services team. You’ll be the main point of contact for borrowers, lenders, and internal stakeholders on syndicated loans and club deals, ensuring smooth operations from onboarding to ongoing management.
What you’ll do:
Act as primary contact for external and internal parties on loan deals.
Review and manage loan documentation, ensuring regulatory and operational standards are met.
Support deal onboarding, funds flow, amendments, waivers, and consent processes.
Collaborate with legal counsel and internal teams to resolve deal issues efficiently.
Oversee day-to-day loan operations (drawdowns, repayments, fees, covenants, transfers).
About you:
5+ years’ experience in syndicated loan agency or related roles.
Strong knowledge of complex lending structures and credit agreements.
Experienced within financial institutions, with a client-focused mindset.
Team player, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
Familiarity with Agile/Lean ways of working and LoanIQ is a plus.
