Job Title: Legal Secretary – Commercial Property
Location: Dublin City Centre (Dublin 1)
Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support solicitors within a busy Commercial Property department. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Transcribing digital dictation

Preparing, formatting, and editing legal documents

Saving, filing, and managing documents on the firm’s practice management system

General administrative duties including invoicing and filing
-
Preparing and arranging registration of documents with the Property Registration Authority (Land Registry / Registry of Deeds)

Managing Requisitions on Title
-
Scheduling and maintaining title documentation
-
Preparing Contracts for Sale
-
Assisting with closing documentation (e.g., Family Home and Section 72 Declarations)

Preparing Bibles of Security/Title documents
-
Data room management (e.g., HighQ)
-
Preparing ROS online returns
-
Providing occasional reception cover
-
Providing overflow secretarial support across the team
Experience & Background:
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Commercial Property

Previous experience in a fast-paced professional environment
