The Job:
We’re currently seeking a Junior Metal Fabricator to join my clients team in Cork. Commutable from Macroom, Ballincollig, Coachford and Blarney in this hands-on role, you’ll be involved in the fabrication of high-quality steel components, playing a key part in meeting our production goals and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare steel components using a range of equipment, including CNC machines, ironworkers, band saws, and bending tools
Read and interpret technical drawings to fabricate parts to exact specifications
Prepare components for final welding and assembly
Use jigs and fixtures to support efficient and consistent manufacturing
Work within defined tolerances to maintain high quality standards
What We Need from You:
Interest in fabrication, welding, and mechanical work
Experience or background in the farming or agri sector is a distinct advantage
Willingness to learn and develop within a supportive, hands-on environment

The metal fabricator job pays between 32,500-36,500 doe along with the opportunity to commence your technical career with an industry leader.
This is a days role Mon-Friday with an early finish of 1pm on Fridays!
