IT Systems Manager - Cork
I am dealing with this leading Cork client in their search to find an IT Systems Manager who will be responsible for all my client's IT Systems and infrastructure within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain Bandon Vale’s stock management system to reduce downtime, streamline supply chain operations, and support overall business efficiency.

Serve as the primary liaison with the system provider, ensuring any technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Work closely with stakeholders to adapt the system in line with changing business requirements.

Contribute to the design of intuitive system features and interfaces.

Manage and implement system updates, enhancements, and configurations as needed.

Conduct troubleshooting and performance checks to identify and resolve issues.

Deliver training and ongoing support to employees, ensuring confident and effective system use.

Develop and maintain clear technical documentation and training resources.
Experience :
- Extensive IT Management and Systems Management experience
- Extensive IT Project and Digital transformation mangement experience
- Experience with Stock Management Systems
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience within a Manufacturing environment.
