Join a dynamic team in Cork as an IT Systems Engineer and play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and solutions for manufacturing networks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational technology requirements, project objectives and ensure seamless integration of IT/OT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IT/OT systems and solutions
- Conduct system assessments, troubleshoot, and resolve operational technology issues
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on operational technology best practices and industry standards
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Networking, Firewalls (Palo Alto and Cisco), and Windows Server platforms
- Experience with configuration troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, Wireless LAN, and VPN
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VMWare vSphere, and cybersecurity best practices
Certifications:
- CCNP, CCDP, CCNA, VCP
