Join a dynamic team to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. This role involves providing technical support, maintaining hardware and software, and assisting with IT projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to address IT issues and enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, network, and software issues.
- Manage a service desk, oversee ticketing systems, and ensure timely resolution of issues with high customer satisfaction.
- Assist with on-boarding and training new employees on IT systems and processes.
- Monitor and maintain computer hardware, networks, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Conduct regular hardware upgrades and replacements as necessary.
- Install, configure, and update software applications, ensuring proper licensing and compliance.
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting local area network (LAN) and wireless network issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain network security and data integrity.
Experience & Skills:
- IT related qualification
- 2 years experience in IT administration/support
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure
- Excellent communication skills.
