We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain IT infrastructure for employees across Ireland. You will ensure systems adhere to global company standards, providing seamless support and security for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts and access configurations.
- Procure and set up new PCs and phones.
- Install and manage software and applications.
- Administer servers and network equipment.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting.
- Install and maintain hardware
- Implement and maintain data security measures, including backups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
