What You'll Be Doing:

Acting as the primary liaison for site-level IT operations and projects, ensuring seamless coordination of support and service activities.

Managing a dedicated team focused on delivering key managed services (MS), including support coverage, system administration, validation, and project execution.

Leading resource planning and recruitment efforts for both managed services and professional placements across the site.

Collaborating with cross-functional leaders – from engineering to sales – to enhance and expand our on-site IT service footprint.

Owning service delivery metrics, financial performance tracking, and reporting to both internal leadership and client stakeholders.

Maintaining trusted relationships with multiple on-site customer contacts, serving as the go-to point of escalation and solution.
Your Background:

A minimum of 10 year's experience in IT systems within life sciences manufacturing, with solid grounding in MES, Process Control, and Automation technologies.

A successful track record in both technical delivery and team leadership roles
