Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups across systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Active Directory).
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
- Support ERP and production systems, ensuring uptime and performance.
- Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades and cybersecurity improvements.
Experience and Skills:
A degree or diploma in IT or a related field and at least 2 years of experience, you should have knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking and ERP systems. A full clean drving license, strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability are essential
