Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendors and service providers to meet SLAs, budgets, and performance standards.
- Monitor vendor delivery, financials, and security posture.
- Ensure stable ICT operations and service availability for users and the public.
- Advise stakeholders on ICT strategy, performance, and improvement initiatives.
- Lead regular review meetings with vendors and business owners to drive service quality.
- Oversee identity and access management, system changes, and configuration documentation.
- Maintain and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Develop, document, and enforce ICT policies and compliance standards.
- Support system integrations, infrastructure planning, and lifecycle management.
- Contribute to procurement, contract, and budget management activities.
Skills & Experience
- Proven ICT operations and vendor management experience in complex environments.
- Technical expertise across:
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, Cloud Security, Containerisation
- Microsoft: Server, SQL, AD, Entra ID, Dynamics, SharePoint, M365, Intune
- Networking: Cisco, Fortinet, LAN/WAN
- Virtualisation & Infrastructure: VMware, Citrix, AVD, Dell, SAN, HyperConverged
- Mobile: iOS, Android | Tools: ServiceNow
- Strong leadership, stakeholder, and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with ITIL and customer-focused service management principles.
