Inside Sales Executive – Parts & Machinery
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team, driving sales of parts, machinery, and accessories. This role suits someone who thrives on building customer relationships, closing sales, and providing excellent service.
What you’ll do:

Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to trade and retail customers

Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products

Follow up on quotes and turn them into orders

Provide product advice and support

Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
What we’re looking for:

Proven telesales/inside sales experience (B2B or B2C)

Excellent phone manner and strong negotiation skills

IT savvy; CRM experience is a plus

Knowledge of parts/machinery helpful, but not essential – full training provided
