We’re looking for an Injection Moulding Team Leader for our client to take charge of shift operations, ensuring top-quality production while driving efficiency and innovation.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead & support a skilled team of 3-4 operators
🔹 Oversee IM production, ensuring smooth operations & minimal waste
🔹 Handle machine startups & mould changes efficiently
🔹 Troubleshoot & collaborate with maintenance/engineering teams
🔹 Drive process improvements & optimize workflows
