Our client, a leading food manufacturer based in Kildare, is seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to oversee all aspects of site hygiene. This is a key leadership role, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and efficiency are maintained across operations.
The Role

Lead, support, and develop the hygiene team to achieve site and customer standards.

Ensure cleaning schedules and audits are completed to the highest standard.

Maintain strong communication between hygiene, production, and quality teams.

Ensure smooth handovers between hygiene and production shifts.

Drive continuous improvement in hygiene processes and best practices.

Manage team performance, training, and development.
About You

Previous experience in a Hygiene Manager role within food manufacturing.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proactive, organised, and committed to high standards.

Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
