HRIS Administrator - Dublin 22
Salary:
€40,000 – €45,000 (DOE) + Benefits

About the Role:
You will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the HR function, helping to deliver efficient and effective HR services across the business, while also contributing to key HR projects, including the implementation of a new HR system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding, visa applications, and reporting.
- Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts, letters, and internal reports.
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with HR projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements & Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar HR role.
- Experience using HRIS systems required.
- Experience of Success Factors a distinct advantage.
- CIPD qualified or currently working towards a CIPD certification.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
