HR Generalist – Employee Relations & HR Support
Location: South Dublin| Full-time | Flexibility to travel required

We are currently recruiting for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation. This role will support all aspects of employee relations and general HR service delivery while working closely with leadership and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across the business

  • Advise and guide on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance cases

  • Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented in line with employment legislation and best practice

  • Conduct and support confidential investigations and case management

  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR compliance and audits

  • Assist with internal and external reporting, data cleansing, and analytics for senior leadership

  • Coach and support managers in effective people management

  • Contribute to the development and roll-out of training needs analysis (TNA), HR initiatives, and projects

  • Support broader HR operations and transactional processes

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role with strong focus on Employee Relations

  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, conflict resolution, and WRC case management

  • Third level qualification in HR, Business, or related discipline

  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) highly desirable

  • Skilled in handling sensitive issues with discretion, empathy, and professionalism

  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build strong relationships

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently

  • Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Full driving licence and flexibility to travel to other sites when needed
