I am currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join a well-established care and rehabilitation provider based in Oranmore, Co. Galway. This is a full-time, permanent role with core hours of 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
This position offers a broad scope of responsibilities across HR administration, compliance, employee relations, and health & safety, with the opportunity to work closely with the Head of HR and gain exposure to planning and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:

Support compliance audits and ensure HR records and processes meet regulatory standards

Coordinate and maintain employee documentation, including contracts, letters, and visa paperwork

Assist with disciplinary procedures and performance management processes

Act as a health and safety representative, managing accident reports, sick leave, and safety training coordination

Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and training programmes

Organise and deliver internal training, maintaining accurate training and compliance records
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar HR role, ideally within healthcare or social care

Knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice

Highly organised with strong planning and communication skills

Genuinely interested in HR and eager to develop within the profession

Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider HR team
