I am currently seeking a HR Assistant to join a well-established organisation based in Little Island. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to develop their career in a supportive environment. Full training will be provided, and the role offers long-term progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

  • Maintain and update employee records.

  • Assist with employee requests and HR-related queries.

  • Prepare weekly time and attendance reports for payroll.

  • Support employee grievance and complaint processes.

  • Monitor attendance, lateness, and absenteeism.

  • Conduct onboarding and site tours for new employees.

  • Advertise vacancies and assist with interviews.

  • Coordinate HR projects, staff training, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Requirements:

  • Previous HR experience in a similar role (1 year preferred).

  • Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or related discipline.

  • Knowledge of Irish employment legislation.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.

  • High level of IT proficiency.

Core Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

  • Friday: 9:30am – 4:30pm
