I am currently seeking a HR Assistant to join a well-established organisation based in Little Island. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to develop their career in a supportive environment. Full training will be provided, and the role offers long-term progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

Maintain and update employee records.
-
Assist with employee requests and HR-related queries.
-
Prepare weekly time and attendance reports for payroll.
-
Support employee grievance and complaint processes.
-
Monitor attendance, lateness, and absenteeism.
-
Conduct onboarding and site tours for new employees.
-
Advertise vacancies and assist with interviews.
-
Coordinate HR projects, staff training, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Requirements:
-
Previous HR experience in a similar role (1 year preferred).

Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or related discipline.

Knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.

High level of IT proficiency.

Monday – Thursday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
