HR Administrator

Currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our client's HR department. Working closely with the HR Coordinators to ensure smooth delivery of HR processes are in line with best practice in Ireland and across Europe.
This position is based full-time on-site at the Head Office in Ballymount, Dublin.
Requirements
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with recruitment processes, including visa applications, reporting and on boarding
• Prepare HR documents such letters and reports
• Coordinate with other departments such as payroll and finance on reports and update accordingly.
• Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Assist in HR projects and process improvements
Skills/Qualifications:
• Previous HR Administration or office administration experience is preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage
