Job Title: Part-Time HR Administrator (Temporary)
Location: Dublin 12 (Fully Office-Based)
Hours: 15–20 hours per week (flexible working hours)

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part-Time HR Administrator on a temporary basis for our client based in Dublin 12. This is a fully office-based role offering flexibility in how the 15 to 20 weekly hours are worked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff in both Ireland and the UK

  • Assist with the preparation, issuing, and tracking of employee contracts

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

  • Support day-to-day HR administration and compliance tasks

  • Provide general administrative support to the wider HR function

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a HR administration role

  • A relevant HR qualification or diploma is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

  • Familiarity with UK employment legislation or experience working with UK-based staff is highly desirable

  • Ability to work independently and manage workload across flexible hours
