FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part-Time HR Administrator on a temporary basis for our client based in Dublin 12. This is a fully office-based role offering flexibility in how the 15 to 20 weekly hours are worked.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff in both Ireland and the UK

Assist with the preparation, issuing, and tracking of employee contracts

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Support day-to-day HR administration and compliance tasks

Provide general administrative support to the wider HR function
Requirements:

Previous experience in a HR administration role
- A relevant HR qualification or diploma is essential

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Familiarity with UK employment legislation or experience working with UK-based staff is highly desirable

Ability to work independently and manage workload across flexible hours
