Key Responsibilities
-
Source suitable housing and commercial properties to meet organisational needs
-
Review, approve, and monitor lease agreements
-
Allocate accommodation in line with company policies and procedures
-
Manage property maintenance, liaising with external providers when required

Oversee utilities (connections, disconnections, billing, usage monitoring, and reporting)

Maintain accurate databases and records
-
Carry out property inspections and address issues as they arise

Prepare professional communications, reports, and correspondence

Support with additional administration or ad hoc projects as required
About You
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (e.g. property management, estate agency)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Excellent organisational and time-management skills
-
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused
-
Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

Full driving licence essential
