About the Role
Our client, is currently recruiting a Home Services Administrator to join a busy Home Support Services team based in Cavan. This is a maternity cover position offering a full-time, fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Home Services Manager and Home Services Coordinator, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and has strong organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to management and the wider team.

Coordinate staff scheduling and resource planning activities.

Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company standards.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally via phone, email, and in person.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Requirements

Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) with additional studies in Office Administration or IT.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment (healthcare admin experience desirable).

Strong IT skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.

Full clean driver’s licence and access to own vehicle.
