HGV Driver – Waste Collections (Class C) | Ringaskiddy - Cork
€31,000 basic + commission (OTE €43,000) | Permanent | Full-time | Mon–Fri (6am–4pm)

A leading environmental services provider is seeking an experienced Class C Driver to join their growing Oil & Packaged Waste Collections Division, based in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established, award-winning team committed to sustainability and resource recovery.

The Role

  • Carry out collections of oil and packaged waste from commercial sites across Ireland.

  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional company image.

  • Adhere to company procedures, safety protocols and compliance standards at all times.

  • Work independently while contributing to the wider success of the team and company.

Requirements

  • Full, clean Category C driving licence with Tachograph

  • HazChem/ADR qualification (advantageous but not essential).

  • Strong geographical knowledge of Ireland.

  • Proven ability to work independently and use own initiative.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Successful candidates must complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.

Working Hours

  • 48 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday

  • Typical start time: 6:00am – 4:00pm
