Our client, a leading food production company in Tipperary, is seeking motivated Health & Safety Personnel to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting site safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Candidates must be within a commutable distance from South Tipperary.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure operational compliance

Assist with accident investigations and follow-ups

Organise and maintain staff training records, keeping the training matrix up to date

Prepare Health & Safety policies, SOPs, and reports

Lead Toolbox Talks and support the Site Emergency Plan

Identify risks, suggest improvements, and contribute to safety initiatives
-
Attend meetings and take minutes for safety and operational updates
Requirements

Graduate with B2 English and the right to work in Ireland

Friendly, approachable, and a true people person able to build strong relationships
