Experience and Skills:
- Proven IT management experience, strong infrastructure, network and applications support.
- Experience leveraging ERP systems using reporting tools for informed decision-making.
- Strong project management skills and experience with structured project management frameworks.
- Solid business process knowledge and experience using technology to enhance efficiency.
- Excellent vendor and relationship management skills.
- Deep understanding of IT systems, technology trends, and their business implications.
