Location: Killarney, Co. Kerry
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial & Business Development person for their office in Killarney. Our client offers Hire Purchase lending solutions for individuals that want access to motor finance. As the Head of Commercial & Business Development you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's strategic vision and sales initiatives by bringing the business into its next phase of development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term commercial strategies to support sustainable growth.
- Manage revenue targets, forecasting, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Explore and capitalize on new revenue streams, partnerships, and programme offerings.
- Leverage advanced data tools and reporting platforms to support your sales strategy.
- All such reasonable additional tasks that senior management may assign.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Primary Degree or equivalent (NFQ Level 8), or Qualified Accountant.
- Experience in a senior business development or commercial role, ideally within the financial/banking sector.
- Ability to produce insightful reports and disseminate key information to support decision making.
- Travel to their dealer network would be required at least one week a month or as needed.
- Strong attention to detail.
