We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef for a 5-star hotel in Co. Cork. Reporting to the Executive Chef and senior management, you will ensure the highest standards of food quality, creativity, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the kitchen team with professionalism, motivation, and attention to detail.

Oversee daily operations and support the Executive Chef in achieving financial and quality targets.

Design and implement innovative menus while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

Train, mentor, and develop staff to deliver excellence at all times.

Manage stock, purchasing, and cost controls effectively.

Ensure all dishes are prepared and served to the highest standard, with efficiency and elegance.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.

Strong leadership, creativity, and organisational skills.

A passion for fine food, with exceptional standards and attention to detail.
