Our client a A long-established leader in Ireland’s Renewable Energy Sector, is seeking a driven, personable Grant Sales Advisor to join their growing team. Assist homeowners and partner network in identifying SEAI retrofit grant eligibility. Previous 2-3 yrs sales experience essential— related field or industry of Agri, Construction, Renewable Energy, Home Improvements, Architecture, or Engineering

- Understanding of BER (Building Energy Ratings) and ideally SEAI grant schemes (full training provided).
- Previous sales experience— Agri, Construction, Renewable Energy, Home Improvements, Architecture, or Engineering
- A confident communicator with proven sales experience and a customer-first approach.
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to build rapport easily.
The Role : Grant Sales Advisor
- Build relationships with potential clients via inbound leads, events, and referrals.
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess home energy needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Assist homeowners and our partner network in identifying SEAI retrofit grant eligibility.
- Review and discuss tailored proposals with clients, guiding them through upgrade options.
- Advise on pricing, timelines, and recommend energy measures with ROI in mind.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Design, and Documentation teams to ensure seamless project planning.
- Become well-versed in our range of products and financing options through comprehensive training.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by delivering engaging, solutions-focused presentations.
- Prepare accurate proposals outlining costs, time lines, and energy upgrade recommendations.
