Grade IV Administrator Part-Time

FRS Recruitment are currently hiring a Grade IV Administrator for a temporary part-time role based in Dublin 22.

This is a 20 hour work week, Monday to Friday position with an immediate start required.

Hourly Rate: €19.31

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain efficient administrative and filing systems for staff appointments and related documentation.
  • Keep nursing administration records accurate and up to date.
  • Arrange and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Maintain clear and effective internal and external communication channels.
  • Support change management initiatives within the organisation.
  • Prepare management reports and data, including bed occupancy statistics, as required.
  • Track relief, agency, and special hours weekly for Finance.
  • Maintain absenteeism records and arrange return-to-work interviews with the relevant manager.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience in a busy office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Experience managing a varied workload and meeting tight deadlines
