Grade IV Administrator Part-Time
FRS Recruitment are currently hiring a Grade IV Administrator for a temporary part-time role based in Dublin 22.
This is a 20 hour work week, Monday to Friday position with an immediate start required.
Hourly Rate: €19.31
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain efficient administrative and filing systems for staff appointments and related documentation.
- Keep nursing administration records accurate and up to date.
- Arrange and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on agreed actions.
- Maintain clear and effective internal and external communication channels.
- Support change management initiatives within the organisation.
- Prepare management reports and data, including bed occupancy statistics, as required.
- Track relief, agency, and special hours weekly for Finance.
- Maintain absenteeism records and arrange return-to-work interviews with the relevant manager.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Experience managing a varied workload and meeting tight deadlines
